We stand behind the quality of our products and services. All eyewear purchased from our stores comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration and coverage of the warranty may vary depending on the specific product. Please contact our customer support for more information.
If you encounter any issues with your eyewear due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear or loss.
Please note that the lenses of sunglasses do not come with a warranty. However, if you encounter any issues with the frame due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the frame at no additional cost to you.
Please note that the promotion 2×1 for kids and the promotion 3×1 for adults are final sale.

Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 5 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Prescription eyewear (due to their personalized nature)
- Contact lenses (unless they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging)
- Products that have been damaged, or altered
